Stand-alone garden unit on two levels, with a room for the fermentation and maturation of wine in barrique, a wine cellar dating back to the year 1300 for bottling and labelling of the wine, both located in the basement; an apartment of approx. 45 sq.m. with panoramic terrace, garage and sales area with a terrace which is currently being developed, on the ground floor.

The farming business has applied organic agriculture since 1999 and has already established itself production-wise and for the export of its products.
The farm is surrounded by the Valdichiana-valleys from which it is possible to enjoy views also of the Umbrian countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
